Deleting your Netzero account will remove all automations, settings, integrations, stored data, and keys. The process cannot be undone.

The fastest way to delete your account is through the Netzero app. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

If you no longer have access to the app, send an account deletion request to support@netzero.energy. Send the email from your Tesla account email address (you can see the email address by tapping on the top-right menu in the Tesla app). If you don't have access to the Tesla account email address, provide the Powerwall Gateway or Solar Inverter serial number (you can find this information in the Tesla app's energy screen: Settings / My Home Info). Your account and associated data will be deleted within 7 days.

Notes:

• If you have an active Netzero subscription, cancel it before deleting your account. In the app, go to Settings > Subscription to manage your subscription.
• If you configured dynamic tariffs in Netzero, reset your utility rate plan. In the Tesla app, go to Settings > Utility Rate Plan, tap Change Rate Plan at the bottom of the screen, and set your rates.
• If you created any Tesla Virtual Keys, remove them from your Tesla cars. On your car touchscreen, go to Controls > Locks to remove a virtual key.
• If you configured an OCPP-compatible EV charger, remove Netzero as the OCPP provider. Learn more.
